I started my career in the fitness industry in 2007 and had worked in many of the top gym chains all over Northern Ireland before taking the leap to open T-Fit in 2018. I'm a strength and advanced nutrition coach with nearly a decade of hands-on coaching experience and over 20 years immersed in high-performance environments. I specialise in fat loss, hypertrophy, strength training, sport-specific programming, and sustainable nutrition strategies. I've worked with everyone from elite athletes to time-poor professionals, with a passion for helping clients build tailored, effective, and enjoyable lifestyles — so that results aren't just achieved, but sustained for life.
EOIN Personal Trainer
My aim is to help people get stronger, learn and enjoy the gym. Providing both in-person and online personal training and sport specific strength training along with sustainable weight loss options tailored to individual lifestyles
CORMAC Personal Trainer
I am passionate about helping people hit their goals whether that be build muscle, loose body fat, enhance performance in sport or just feel better about themselves I will tailor a programme to suit your needs/lifestyle. I offer 1-1 or 2-1 personal training where I will personalise every session to align with your goals. Through years of my own training and coaching experience I have gained knowledge on many different aspects of fitness which I use in my sessions everyday so that they challenge you but are most importantly enjoyable.
