- After minimum term the membership will continue to roll until cancelled by the member.
- If at the end of the term you want to switch to a different membership option, simply cancel this membership and start a new membership. If you need any help doing this, speak with a member of staff or get in touch online.
- The monthly membership fee will be charged by direct debit on or around the same date each month.
- For gold, silver and bronze membership, it is the responsibility of the member to ensure they are booked in for their allocated sessions each week with their trainer.
- There is a 12 hour cancellation policy whereas if a session is cancelled within 12 hours or not attended, the session will be lost.
- Sessions cancelled outside the 12 hour policy can be rescheduled free of charge but must be rescheduled within the same month.
